I aim to provide high-quality online tutoring and a fair, transparent payment process. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be given and how they are handled.
1. Payment Terms
All lessons must be paid for in advance at the time of booking. Payment confirms your child’s place and time slot.
2. Cancellations and Missed Sessions
As lessons are part of a pre-paid termly package, no refunds will be issued for missed sessions. Once a session is booked, it is not possible to cancel or reschedule it.
3. Tutor Cancellations
If I ever need to cancel a lesson due to illness or an emergency, I will offer you the choice of rescheduling the session or receiving a full refund for that session.
4. Technical Issues
If there is a technical problem on my side (for example, an internet outage) that prevents the lesson from taking place, I will reschedule the lesson at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
In the event of technical issues on your end, such as poor internet connection or equipment failure, no refund will be provided, and the session will be considered forfeited.
5. Dissatisfaction
If you are genuinely unhappy with a lesson, please contact me immediately at info@razzatuition.com. I will listen to your concern and, at my discretion, may offer a partial or full refund or an additional session free of charge.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to pay. Please allow up to [e.g. 7 working days] for the refund to reach your account.
7. Policy Review
I review this policy regularly to ensure it remains clear and fair. Any updates will be published on my website with a new “last updated” date.
